Would never buy from this business again…. Installs Apple CarPlay with a broken mount and held together by tape. When confronted by the owner he just abuses you. Sound would work intermittently and his answer was to disconnect the Bluetooth all together. $1600 of a complete waste of money.
This guys a genius! Steven replaced my head unit in a Mercedes-Benz C300 at a fraction of the cost that Mercedes wanted to do the job. Don't hesitate taking your car to Naviplus! You won't be disappointed!

In September, I had the Touch Android Auto & CarPlay 8.4" Replacement Screen (SKU W166_ABDP) installed on my 2015 Mercedes ML350. Whilst the unit was purchased through Naviplus, it was installed by Elite Car Audio (Campbelltown NSW).
The service by both companies was fantastic and I was very delighted with the functionality provided by the headunit.
The aftercare service by Naviplus was also fantastic. Two month after the install, my AUX settings were remapped during a service by Mercedes. I contacted Naviplus via email and after a few screenshots, they were able to help me restore the AUX settings. This was greatly appreciated especially leading up to the Xmas break period.

Very happy with product. I have a 150 Prado Kakadu and wanted to keep the OEM look. After a bit of research, I found Naviplus. I am very happy with features and seamlessness of product while retaining the original feel of the car. I had a question regarding a feature and I was email a response within the hour to troubleshoot my issue. Solved within 2 minutes. Happy customer!
Ordered an android auto / carplay retrofit box for my 2016 Q3.
Arrived quickly, took less than two hours to fit and works perfectly with the OEM Audi controls and screen.
Sales support very fast to answer questions.
Our 2014 Audie A3 MMI has been a nightmare, intermittently switching on and off or randomly displaying different error messages.
Took it to dealer who told us the only fix was replace the whole MMI unit at a cost of $5500!
Did research and came up with Steven at Naviplus.
Was a bit sceptical at first but Steven reassured us the fix was SOP so we went ahead.
We replaced the radio unit and it is working perfectly.
Had a minor issue setting up the phone - our problem not the unit- and he very quickly resolved the problem.
Selling the car so didn’t upgrade to Apple Plus etc but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this as well.
